Dembe Holding adheres to the regulations of the South African mining industry as postulated by the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002 (MPRDA), Mine Health and Safety Act of 1996 and all other related regulations related to achieving sustainable use of natural resources.
The business is devoted and assigns the greatest importance to the prevention of any form of loss or injury in terms of health and safety of handling these hazardous products. In addition, the company recognises the non-renewable nature of our environment and strives for the sensible use of natural resources and minimisation of environmental impact. To this end, the business endeavors to comply with all safety regulation prescribed by each job undertaken. The responsible attitude and cooperation of each employee will ensure that safety conditions are achieved and losses minimised.
